- Check if the pellet used is certified according to ISO EN 17225-2 class A1;
- Make sure to use only dry pellet. To ensure good combustion, pellets must be stored in an area that is free of humidity.
- Check if the burn-pot is clean and not damaged. The burn pot must be correctly positioned in its seat;
- Empty the ash drawer, clean the inspection compartment, check if there primary air inlet or flue pipe are clogged;
- Clean the burn-pot of any residues before starting the new ignition;
- Press and hold for 3 seconds the button ON to reset the alarm. Wait for 10 minutes, empty the burner from any unburnt pellet and turn the heater on. If the error persists, contact local Customer Support.
Al. 6 No Pellet
No pellets in hopper / High humidity of pellet / Pellet extra long

- Refill pellet hopper;
- Clean the burn-pot. Press and hold for 3 seconds the button ON to reset the alarm. Wait for 10 minutes, empty the burner from any unburnt pellet and turn the heater on. If the error persists, contact local Customer Support.
Al. 7 Thermal Security
The pellet tank temperature has exceeded the imposed limit.
The safety thermostat is activated and the operation of the heater is interrupted for safety reason.

- Let the stove cool and check the pellet tank;
- Check if the space where the stove is installed is correctly ventilated;
- The thermal security thermostat can be found below the power cable. Unscrew the black cap that covers a white button, press the button until hearing a click. At this point the thermostat is reset.
- Press and hold for 3 seconds the button ON to reset the alarm. Wait for 10 minutes, empty the burner from any unburnt pellet and turn the heater on. If the error persists, contact local Customer Support.
Al. 8 No Depression
